युगांडा की उपराष्ट्रपति जेसिका अलुपो BRICS समिट 2026 में हिस्सा लेने के लिए भारत पहुंच गई हैं। नई दिल्ली पहुंचने पर केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री जयंत सिंह चौधरी ने उनका गर्मजोशी से स्वागत किया। BRICS समिट 2026 भारत की मेजबानी में आयोजित हो रहा है, जहां सदस्य और साझेदार देशों के बीच वैश्विक अर्थव्यवस्था, व्यापार, निवेश, विकास और रणनीतिक सहयोग जैसे अहम मुद्दों पर चर्चा हो रही है। युगांडा की भागीदारी BRICS के बढ़ते वैश्विक प्रभाव और अफ्रीकी देशों के साथ संगठन के मजबूत होते संबंधों को भी दर्शाती है। बेलारूस, बोलीविया, क्यूबा, कजाकिस्तान, मलेशिया, थाईलैंड, नाइजीरिया, उज्बेकिस्तान और वियतनाम के साथ युगांडा को भी BRICS के विस्तारित सदस्य देशों में शामिल किया गया है। इस समिट के दौरान भारत और युगांडा के बीच द्विपक्षीय संबंधों, आर्थिक सहयोग और वैश्विक मंचों पर साझेदारी को और मजबूत करने के अवसरों पर भी नजर रहेगी। <br />Uganda’s Vice President Jessica Alupo has arrived in India to participate in the BRICS Summit 2026. Upon her arrival in New Delhi, she was warmly welcomed by Union Minister of State Jayant Singh Chaudhary. The BRICS Summit 2026 is being hosted by India, with member and partner countries discussing key issues including the global economy, trade, investment, development and strategic cooperation. Uganda’s participation highlights the growing global influence of BRICS and the organisation’s expanding engagement with African countries. Along with Belarus, Bolivia, Cuba, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Thailand, Nigeria, Uzbekistan and Vietnam, Uganda is also among the expanded BRICS member countries. During the summit, India and Uganda are expected to focus on strengthening bilateral relations, expanding economic cooperation and enhancing collaboration on global platforms.
