<p>Mexico floods, heavy rain and severe flooding are causing major disruption across multiple parts of the country. Tultitlán and the State of Mexico have been among the hardest-hit areas, with roads submerged, vehicles stranded and Mexibús Line 2 suspended after intense rainfall.</p><p>Flooding was reported along Vía José López Portillo in Tultitlán, where vehicles and trucks became trapped in deep water. The rains also affected access to the ISSSTE hospital, while nearby areas of Cuautitlán Izcalli were inundated.</p><p>In Jalisco, heavy rainfall has also caused flooding and major disruption around Guadalajara, Zapopan and surrounding areas.</p><p>The wider weather situation remains active, with the Mexican monsoon and Tropical Wave 37 bringing heavy to intense rainfall across several regions.
