How to Make the Green Goddess Cocktail I love Chartreuses' herbal note paired with tart lime and sweet pineapple. Celery bitters adds a great extra flavor note to this green inspired cocktail. Shake dry for 20 seconds. Remove shaker tin and measure in the Green Chartreuse, silver rum, pineapple juice and lime. Shake in the celery bitters. Fill with ice, cap and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks or coupe glass. Garnish with a zesting of lime.
